Great News! Personalized orders typically ship from Auburn, AL within 3-6 business days. If you need something faster, we suggest choosing the RUSH Processing fee at checkout. The RUSH fee will move your order to the top of our production department so it will leave our facility in 1-2 business days.

Some orders that are placed during major sales or contain free gifts could take an additional day or two.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.
